The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Solo Digital. Upon full payment for services rendered, clients will receive agreed-upon rights to their commissioned work as specified in their service agreement.
Solo Digital retains the right to display completed projects in its portfolio, website, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise stated in writing, Solo Digital requires a 50% non-refundable deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due prior to final delivery or launch.
Late payments may result in suspension of services and may incur additional fees.
The materials on Solo Digital' website and services are provided on an 'as is' basis. Solo Digital makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Solo Digital or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Solo Digital' website, even if Solo Digital or a Solo Digital authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
The materials appearing on Solo Digital' website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Solo Digital does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.
Termination does not relieve the client of any payment obligations for work completed up to the termination date.
These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Solo Digital reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
